This rental cost does not include sales support from Artisans At Work Staff, as it is in an enclosed unit. While we will do everything we can to help promote your business that lives within our walls, and will direct visitors to your space online, and in person, we expect in-kind supprt from our tenants. Your business should be retail-ready, in that you will always be working to brand and market your business, and drive traffic to your space. In addition, the walk-in traffic will be aplenty!

Studios are equipped with a sink, and include Wi-fi internet, heat, hydro.

Each 85-90 sqft space is possible to reconfigure to suit each tenant. Put a glass door in to let the public see what you are making, its up to you!
