Space rental:  $50/hr + HST

($120/hr on statutory holidays)

Plus approx $7-15/child per activity. 

Example:

Leather coin purse workshop: $10/child

Jewellery making workshop: $12/child (makes a bracelet and necklace)

Henna $120 for 1.5 hrs

Facepainting: $5/child

Acrylic painting class: $15/child

Parties For Big Kids

Any theme, w/Liquor Permit, Catered events.

$50/hr + HST

$120/hr on stat holidays

Add an Art Workshop:

Encaustic Beeswax Art workshop: $40/person

Includes all materials, and 3 hours of instruction

Acryilc Painting workshop with instruction, for 2hours during of the party: $25/person. 

Includes a theme of technique, excellent for mixed levels of experienced guests.

Also includes canvasses & paint, brushes. 

or

Open Paint: 6 easels available throughout the party 

Karaoke

Movies: $75/night (includes speaker rental) Any number of Netflix movies, or you provide the DVDs.

Your own Solo or Group Art Show  We are accepting proposals for 4 week exhibitions.

$1700, plus 30% commission on sales.

This includes our First Friday reception, with live music by The Sidewalkers, and licensed bar.

Solo artists & Groups welcome

20 linear feet along our well lit hall wall between retail & gallery space, between & above doors.

Great visibility!

$300/month+hst, plus 40% commission on any sales during the month.

Includes:

First Friday night opening reception with live music by The Sidewalkers, and licensed bar (7:30-10pm)

Other Costs:

Hanging Fee: $125 (waived if artist can prep & hang)

Catering: Supplied by all artists.

Artistic Events: Photography Shoots, Art Shows, Craft Shows, Trunk Shows, Fashion Shows

Classes: Painting, Sewing, Encaustic Wax, Stained Glass, Drawing, Homeschooling Art Classes

Fridge, Microwave, Sinks, Teapots, Coffee Maker, Mugs, Kettle, Tea & Coffee, Sugar supplied. Please bring Milk/Cream!

Costs: 

Classes/Workshops: $75/hour + HST  or  50/50 for smaller classes.

Meetings: Free to attendees, Community Related & over 30 folks coming? Free. Occasional basis only please. 

Photo shoots: $75/hour, minimum 3 hours
